We want you to love your shoes—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in the original shoebox and packaging.

Shoes that show visible signs of wear (creases, dirt on soles, etc.) may not be accepted.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

Gift cards

Custom or personalized footwear (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@suburbanrunning.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at support@suburbanrunning.com, and we’ll help you exchange the item—pending stock availability. Exchanges are subject to the same return guidelines.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
